PTA Bylaws Update: At the general membership meeting April 12, 2010, the Executive Board made a motion, which was seconded and voted on affirmatively to amend Article VI, Section 3 (a) of Parsley’s PTA Bylaws so that it will now read “The officers of this local PTA shall consist of a president, president-elect, 3 vice presidents, a secretary, a treasurer, a corresponding secretary and a PTA council representative.”
